Biological Resource Assessment
At the request of Tatreau Construction, Watershed Science performed a Biological Resource Assessment across 4 acres to establish baseline biological resources. The Project Study Area is located at 184 Tonea Way in Chico, California, north of Eaton Avenue, east of the Esplanade and west of Highway 99. Tonea Senior Housing will feature 103 total 1-bedroom (615 SF) apartment homes at affordable rental rates, in a village like setting of 1 & 2 story buildings nestled in an established neighborhood, directly south of DeGarmo Park. Tonea Senior Housing will offer on-site management, on-site laundry facilities, vehicle & bicycle parking, a community center with resident activities, an outdoor terrace courtyard, and a community garden.
